With over 2,750 standard and heat sink profiles available off-the-shelf, and design turn-around times of a one week, we can deliver product in a fraction of the time of most other extruders. Vitex Extrusion has two PLC automated presses. This automation provides the capability to consistently extrude to the most demanding industry requirements. Our presses have the capability of extruding highly detailed and complex profiles with 1/3 commercial tolerances. With our 7,9 and 10” circle size capability, we can provide a full range of customer shapes to meet your needs.
